This semester, we are pleased to welcome a new student, Justin Sabree, to the I-O Psychology program at Georgia Tech.
Justin is from Georgia and earned his B.S. in psychology from Oglethorpe University in 2012. After spending three years working in the private sector, Justin grew interested in how psychological principles applied to organizations and their members. Specifically, he’s interested in studying employee motivation with a focus on factors that motivate workers to delay retirement.
Justin is working under the advisement of Dr. Ruth Kanfer in the GT Park Lab.
